Jackie Zebrowski, MA, Marriage and Family Therapist

Jackie is not taking clients at this time

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with the Oregon Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.  I received my Masters of Arts degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College.  I have worked with individuals and couples of all ages and from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.  I have experience working with clients with a variety of presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, domestic violence, and interpersonal relationship problems.

My therapeutic approach recognizes that we exist within relationships and that these relationships impact our lives.  Individual therapy will explore the relationship you have with yourself, which is the most important relationship, as well as other relationships in your life.  My role in therapy is to create a safe and supportive space for you to reflect and implement the changes you hope for.

In romantic relationships you grow as a couple and as individuals.  My work with couples focuses on strengthening the relationship, identifying problematic patterns, learning new ways of interacting, and increasing communication skills.

I am passionate about the work I do to help you life the life you desire and strengthen your relationships.  Therapy can be a rewarding experience for those who commit to the process.  Through our work together, your feedback and suggestions are central to the therapeutic process.

I also offer clinical supervision for LMFT Interns and LPC Interns that are working toward licensure.
