Anastasia Morozova
INTERN
Now accepting clients: individuals, couples, & families.
Anastasia is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern who works with adults, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, recurring emotional patterns, life transitions, grief, and other concerns. She integrates Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and behavioral principles to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build on their strengths, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change.
She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology before pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. Prior to beginning her clinical training, Anastasia worked in the funeral industry, where she supported individuals and families through grief and loss during some of life's most difficult moments. She also worked alongside individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them develop skills that foster greater independence and confidence. These experiences deepened her appreciation for the ways relationships, family systems, and life experiences shape emotional well-being, resilience, and healing.
As an immigrant, Anastasia understands that culture, identity, and belonging can profoundly influence how people experience themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. She approaches each client with curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility, recognizing that every person's story, values, and lived experiences are unique.
Anastasia takes a holistic, systemic approach to therapy, believing that meaningful and lasting change happens when the whole person is considered within the context of their relationships, family, culture, and environment. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, she works collaboratively with clients to explore the patterns, beliefs, and personal narratives that shape their experiences while identifying practical tools for growth and healing. Her goal is to help clients gain greater self-awareness, strengthen their confidence, deepen their relationships, and create lives that feel authentic, connected, and aligned with their values.
