Victoria Snyder

INTERN

Accepting clients beginning March 2026!
Individuals (16+), couples, & siblings.

Victoria works with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, depression, moral injury, and existential inquiry. Her style is relational, grounded, and holistic, with an emphasis on the connections between body, mind, and inner life. Relational work, shadow work, and body-based awareness are central to her approach.

Her work bridges psychodynamic and transpersonal perspectives with somatic practices, supporting clients in developing insight, integration, and self-understanding. Victoria approaches therapy through a feminist and systemic lens, honoring the ways culture, environment, and lived experience shape the human experience. She views therapy as a collaborative process rooted in each client’s agency, values, and innate capacity for growth and transformation.

Victoria’s path into the healing professions began through her work as a reiki practitioner. This background informs her sensitivity to the body’s signals and inspires her to incorporate elements of breath, body awareness, regulation, and grounding into the therapeutic space.
