With over 25 years of experience, Noreen combines craniosacral therapy, somatic healing, massage therapy, and mindfulness to help clients reconnect with their bodies and support lasting healing. She has worked extensively with individuals experiencing traumatic brain injuries, TMJ dysfunction, chronic stress, complex trauma, and nervous system dysregulation.
A Certified Hakomi Practitioner and former anatomy and physiology instructor, Noreen integrates Hakomi—a gentle, mindfulness-based approach that uses present-moment awareness to explore the connection between the body, emotions, and unconscious patterns. Her work is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply client-centered. Originally from Brazil, she is fluent in Portuguese and French.

With over 20 years of experience, Kat combines structural bodywork, therapeutic massage, and movement-based techniques to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance. She has worked extensively with individuals recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, addressing postural dysfunction, and supporting athletes in performance and recovery.
A graduate of East-West College of Healing Arts with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Kat has completed advanced training in Biodynamic Massage and Integrated Structural Bodywork. Her approach looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand how posture, fascia, and movement patterns influence the body as a whole. Every session is thoughtful, personalized, and tailored to each client's unique goals.
