Clinical Supervision

At The Hope Connection we offer clinical supervision for those seeking licensure towards being a licensed professional counselor (LPC), a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), and a registered play therapist (RPT).

We approach supervision from a collaborative developmental lens and work together as mentors, coaches, and consultants. Our goal is to assist the clinician with increasing their therapeutic skills, their awareness of knowledge and desire to gain more insight into their field, ethical concerns, building up of their professional self and attending to self care.  We provide both individual and group supervision to allow the space for clinicians to discuss in both a one to one and a group format, providing peer feedback and perspectives.  We also offer assistance with helping a clinician learn to build their own private practice or to take it to the next level.

Our supervisors continue to receive their own consultation whether it is through individual supervision or peer consultation.  We believe that learning doesn't end once a clinician is licensed and we are aware of the importance of staying updated with trainings and with other professionals in the mental health field to maintain an ethical and thriving career.

You may contact our supervisors by reaching out to them individually.  We recommend reading their bios for more insight.
