I would first like to thank you for exploring The Hope Connection's website. It's great to see people taking control of their mental health and ultimately, their happiness. Life can be unpredictable, for better or for worse, and sometimes a little extra support is needed to get by. At especially challenging times, I offer warmth and compassion, in an effort to assure clients that they do not walk alone.
Although therapy can sometimes be a messy process, I feel that the end result is worth every hectic moment. Often times imagining where we want to be in life can be extremely discouraging, but I work to break down the process into more manageable steps to assure clients get where they want to be.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I have spent several years treating ADHD/ADD, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, divorce, communication issues, intimacy issues, OCD, and relationship issues. I hold a master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler University in Chicago, IL. I am available for in-person and telehealth sessions during weekdays out of the Portland office.
